Numbers
“The Scrum Team is small enough to remain nimble and large enough to complete significant work within a Sprint, typically 10 or fewer people.”
- One Scrum Master, one Product Owner, and Developers — no sub-teams, no hierarchies.
- The Product Owner is one person, not a committee.
- Sprint Planning’s three topics: Why is this Sprint valuable? What can be Done this Sprint? How will the chosen work get done?
